I have been getting the same message recently except I get it when a certain person tries to log in. It kicks everyone off and gives that message. I just wish the guy would post on the forums like you and stop trying to log in every minute.
It could be caused by a couple of things.
Is the server modded? If so, the user does not have the required mods, and is causing a ID error.
If the server is not, then the client has a way to send an illegal ID to the server.
