Minecraft Won't Download on my Mac?

I got a new mac computer (OS X, version 10.8) and whenever I try to download it I get this error message:

Also whenever I try to use the online version, I get this, but it won't let me accept it.

I really need the answer to either one of these problems, I'v tried doing many things but nothing has worked.
