so my computer was acting up so i decided to restore it to factory settings. when i finished that and installed minecraft, all text is highlighted in black, and all items (swords, torches, etc) have a black box around them. i've looked online elsewhere but nobody seems to have this problem with the default texture pack on vanilla minecraft, i have no clue as to how to fix this problem, any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do I turn off anti-aliasing?

There IS another way. It's not very good but u should gen a at least 2 gig graphics card it works on my computer now.*get*insted of "gen"

Is it a black box background in your inventory, or a black box as an item drop?
