Whenever I try to open a single player world it gets stuck on "Converting World". (No this is NOT converting to anvil.) Whenever I try to join a server, Minecraft crashes with this crash report:

Not real familiar with Mac.
But try deleting the /minecraft/bin/ folder
Your saves and servers will remain intact but it will replace all the core minecraft files and libraries.
You may also want to update to java 7 before doing the above. http://www.java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
I found another thing that may be helpful: there are saves in the saves folder, but when I hit single player, I can't see them. Maybe minecraft can write to but not see its application support folder?
Im getting s problem when i join multiplayer and i get this htp file and it says java isnt working and i updated it to java 7 Please help me tooOk so its only on this server mc-mfc.com what might be the problem with this server

On the login screen, click Options and Force Update.
If that doesn't work, delete your /bin/ folder and try the previous step.
