Quick Background: Game crashed after I died in Nether, and now game won't load the world. I have erased the bin and forced an update and it hasn't worked. I had this same problem with the snapshots(happened a fairly short time after starting world), forcing me to start a new world every time it crashed, got sick of it and decided to wait till official release. So now you know my misery.

I put quite a bit of time into this world and I would appreciate any help.
If you can produce this same stack trace in a completely vanilla install, then it is a sign of a bug in the minecraft server code:

Able to load my world again. I was under the impression that a deleted bin folder and a forced update was the same as an uninstall and reinstall, its not. Thanks to everyone who tried to help.
I seem to be having similar issues only that I was hosting a multiplayer game and it crashed when I died. Now I'm unable to reopen it. What did you end up doing to fix it?
Thanks!
