Hi, I recently moved and got Comcast Xfinity internet. The service normally works fine, but whenever I open minecraft, all of my programs that use internet just cut in and out constantly and minecraft will not connect online at all. What is going on?
If just launching Minecraft causes all your other programs to fail to connect to the internet, there is something seriously wrong with your computer, since all Minecraft does when launching is log in, which happens to be a very low intensity connection.
We don't have enough information to help you if all you give us is the fact that Minecraft 'can't connect online at all' and 'all of my programs that use internet just cut out'. This is pretty vauge information and the cause could vary from a slow computer to an alien invasion. Is there any other info you can give us to help?
