I Downloaded minecraft, and there was no shortcut available. So i tried to re download the .exe. and it did but still no shortcut. Today I was going to try it again but it said file was moved or deleted. At this point I don't care about an available shortcut I just want to be able to play the game. I checked for a minecraft .exe in my Computer but there wasn't one there. If you can please help me so I can download it succesfully and hopefully have the exe there.

Downloading a file, unfortunately, does not produce an icon on your desktop. If you want to launch the game from by double clicking a desktop icon, then you will need to move the Minecraft.exe file you downloaded from minecraft.net to your desktop.
You can launch the game by double clicking the Minecraft.exe file that appears in your Downloads folder after you have downloaded the game.
