Buying a card is pretty much how much you want to spend.
Tho, I wouldn't spend much as the rest of your computer will hold back a high end card.
It looks like your computer has a PCI Express x16 slot for you to plug a video card into.
You can pick up a $25-35 card that will preform as good as you can expect the rest of your PC to run MC.
Installation, you should be able on handle on your own. (Or with your parents help, depending on your age)
