It would stop at the loading screen and it never changed, I tried uninstalling it than re-stalling it but it didn't work. Someone help me, I can't find the file to uninstall minecraft either. ...This is what it said.

(Failed to launch)
(Fatal error occured (4): Permission denied : connect)

What does this mean?

WHY WONT ANYONE HELP ME??No I don't have any mods, but yes it does crash a lot.
