I need a bit of assistance as I can’t seem to figure this out by myself. I begin to lag and eventually disconnect from my favorite server within 1-3 minutes anytime I’m within about 50-100 blocks of my house. Everywhere else on the server (tested up to 100 entities) I’m fine no lag or disconnects just where I live. Additionally anyone that comes near my house also gets disconnected. An error log isn’t generated; I simply receive an "Connection Lost End of Stream” message.
My house is built around Docm77’s iron golem farm:
I have 192 villagers in the farm (down from 256), killing off 64 villagers made no difference yet a week ago I was able to work normally with 192 villagers.
When looking at the debug menu I see that there are 340-380 entities near me when I crash.
No mob farm (other than my golem farm) exists within 400 blocks. (My nearest neighbor)
I have no livestock but I do have large wheat, netherwart, pumpkin, melon farms.
Only mods I have are “Optifine 1.3.2 HD U B4” and “LB Photo Realism x256” texture pack
My PC specs:
I have a stable 15mb up / 1.5mb down cable connection
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
Processor: AMD Phenom™ II X6 1090T Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570
Display Memory: 4049 MB
Server specs:
Dedicated MineCraft Server
Vanilla + essentials
3.2Ghz Dual Core Processor
8GB RAM
50GB Solid State Storage
25Mb Connection
24/7 Operation
What I’ve done so far:
Completely delete Minecraft, Java and video card drivers. Installed the latest and greatest versions.
Turned all video settings to the minimum
Tried no mods and texture packs
Ensured x64 Java is being used
Read through the forums for around eight hours with no luck
My observations:
My RAM usage stays under 25%
Data downloaded will go from 50-100kbs to 500kbs
CPU remains under 30%
Something strange:
If I sit in a glass box I only register 40 entities, soon as I step outside I register all 380 and crash. However if I create a new glass box this doesn’t work.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, the only options I see right now are:
1: Move location
2: Change server
Really rather not do either since I’ve put a month’s worth of time into this place and no guarantee the problem won’t occur again
Thank you for helping, right away I can see there's some sort of problem. I've noticed since I reinstalled everything the graphic have seemed strange. Using google to search for this error but I doubt it's the root of the problem.

Additionally if I continue to try to login using this bat file I receive "Connection Lost Failed to login: Bad Login"
So you don't have a premium account then? You tried logging in as player, or went offline?
I paid for the game about a month ago, When I use that bat file the login screen doesn't appear, just straight to the game menu. If I use the normal game icon then I can connect to the server fine, it is a whitelisted server perhaps that could have something to do with it?
Also I looked up that GL error and it was Java related so I uninstalled all Java and MC again, reset, reinstalled, reset. Now the GL error is gone but I still can't login using that bat file. I remember seeing a similar code awhile back, seeing if I can locate it; updated error test is as follows:

No, you are right, it was me being derpy this early in the morning. The error logger skips the log in.
The only other way I can think of to get an error log easily is to use MultiMC.
You need to tell it to leave it's console open, and then post it after you crash.

I have no Idea. I'd guess it something on the servers end. I was hoping somethign in the crash would narrow it down, but no.
If it's not just you crashing around your home, it is more likely server side. Server admin, will need to mcedit the world and see if he can find what's crashing everyone.

Did you try the default RAM allocation? As this could be a reason why it's crashing.
I tried that too. It has to be related to something on the map, I've been playing fine for about four hours without disconnecting however I just can't approach the area where all my stuff is at. If I do I I crash within about 1-2 minutes if that.
psst Victor remember me? FourWinged.. From your favorite server.I had the same problem and quit. PM me if you find a fix for it pls. I thought it was just me and was going to wait untill server gets updated.

My PC specs:I have a stable 15mb up / 1.5mb down cable connection
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601) Service Pack 1
Processor: AMD Phenom™ II X6 1090T Processor (6 CPUs), ~3.2GHz
Memory: 16384MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570
Display Memory: 4049 MB
Server specs:
Dedicated MineCraft Server
Vanilla + essentials
3.2Ghz Dual Core Processor
8GB RAM
50GB Solid State Storage
25Mb Connection
24/7 Operation
What I’ve done so far:
Completely delete Minecraft, Java and video card drivers. Installed the latest and greatest versions.
Turned all video settings to the minimum
Tried no mods and texture packs
Ensured x64 Java is being used
Read through the forums for around eight hours with no luck
My observations:
My RAM usage stays under 25%
Data downloaded will go from 50-100kbs to 500kbs
CPU remains under 30%
Something strange:
If I sit in a glass box I only register 40 entities, soon as I step outside I register all 380 and crash. However if I create a new glass box this doesn’t work.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, the only options I see right now are:
1: Move location
2: Change server
Really rather not do either since I’ve put a month’s worth of time into this place and no guarantee the problem won’t occur again

Retired StaffMake it crash.
Close MC.
Copy the console window.
Paste it back here.

Retired StaffSo you don't have a premium account then? You tried logging in as player, or went offline?
Also I looked up that GL error and it was Java related so I uninstalled all Java and MC again, reset, reinstalled, reset. Now the GL error is gone but I still can't login using that bat file. I remember seeing a similar code awhile back, seeing if I can locate it; updated error test is as follows:

Retired StaffThe only other way I can think of to get an error log easily is to use MultiMC.
You need to tell it to leave it's console open, and then post it after you crash.
Updated crash report is as follows:

Retired StaffIf it's not just you crashing around your home, it is more likely server side. Server admin, will need to mcedit the world and see if he can find what's crashing everyone.

Completed the forced updated and tried on a second computer, no luck on either.
Far as the RAM, I have 16gb so even allocating 12gb to Minecraft leaves me with 4gb for system functions.
I tried that too. It has to be related to something on the map, I've been playing fine for about four hours without disconnecting however I just can't approach the area where all my stuff is at. If I do I I crash within about 1-2 minutes if that.
