I cannot open the commands menu on Snapshot 12w40a on my Macbook with Mac OSX 10.6.8. Please help me!

check the options menu and look at what key is assigned to commands.

12w40a is an old snapshot now too, we are upto 12w41b now

Always remember that snapshots are put out for testing purposes, they have bugs and we are testing them for mojang

I had chat not shown under multiplayer settings. I changed it back to shown and it worked.
