Something is wrong with my drivers, apparently.

Try these drivers: http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/5

It's likely with an older card that you may also need to use a different launcher.
After installing the above drivers, try using MultiMC to launch minecraft if it still doesn't work with the standard launcher.
