Please, anyone. My son was paying minecraft and downloaded some font thing. After downloading the fonts he went to go back in minecraft and it will not launch - it gets stuck - say update available - so he presses "update" and it says "failed to launch." Anyone know how we can fix this? He's so upset.

SAME THING WITH ME! but if you're desperate to download mine craft, just download minecraft portable! it works weather you have a problem or not!

On the launcher, click options, force update, then login.
