Ok... So I'd say I have a pretty darn good computer...

Yah so I get around 60-70 fps, which is pretty darn good right? Well theirs this weird skip to the game, like just a really rough game play experience. Its not so much a lag spike, just weird skip lag... Whats REALLY weird is I tried setting my frame cap to 40, that's what my little brother gets on his computer. At 40, it works SO smooth for him... Me however, works horribly skippy at a solid 40 frames... I DON'T GET IT! My laptop runs just about every modern games at smooth frame rates. I do notice that the more leaves, the more lag... I tried Optifine, Magic Launcher, none of them work, you can't even tell I"m using them... It's just no difference. I just don't get it, it says I'm running 80 fps, but then ya got dem skips! Also my little brothers laptop is pretty bad... which makes me wonder how his computer can run the game at max settings!
I run Minecraft at max settings, I don't really like playing on fast, or tiny... Even though it helps...
Right then. If that didn't do anything, then does your computer have ANY graphics abilities apart from the card you listed? If so, Minecraft might be trying to use those instead of your card.
Nope, no other capabilities... I don't know man, thanks for the advice so far. I've looked everywhere for similar problems... couldn't find any.
