So what is the next level of help I should be seeking?
Everyone at this level seems to give up after telling me to update java, delete the app support files, and reinstall minecraft.
Ive done all that, like 20 times.
That's not to say I dont appreciate all the help people have offered. I just need to know where to go now. I bought the 2nd login so I could let my kids play together on 2 machines, then a day later, my mac seems to have unfix able issues.
I cant understand why it's so hard to get some help on this issue.
Minecraft.net basically tells you not to waste your time emailing them and then directs you to forums and chat irc's where no one knows whats wrong.
Well, the difficulty is that you are using a mac, and as far as I know, we only have 1 or 2 regulars in the support section that use a mac.
I don't know mac at all, but as the problem seems to be with your launcher.
Why not try a different launcher.
Like MultiMC. Maybe that will work better for you then the default launcher.
Ive deleted mc, the application support minecraft folder, updated java.
I dont know what else to do.
