Hi, my laptop runs Minecraft at around 15-25 FPS, here a my laptop specs, this is on small render distance, fast graphics and have the fastest settings on optifine. My old PC has a lot worse specs and graphics card but manages to run Minecraft on 45 Fps at max settings.

I also have a Radeon 6470m Graphics card
and A Intel® HD Family Graphics
I've been looking around on the internet and said something about switchable graphics, so I went to the Catalyst control center but minecraft wasn't an option to be switched, I also read something about changing the graphics in the BIOS to fixed from dynamic, but i don't know how to do that. If anyone has a solution to this issue I would be grateful.
