So I have this map my friend and I are playing on and when the new update comes out (1.3.3) will the map spawn in witch houses in there?

Well, there won't be a 1.3.3, the next official version will be 1.4.x

The witch houses will show up, but you'll have to go to new unexplored chunks to find them.
So you'll need to go to places in the world you've never been to yet.
