no clue on a solution or is there no solution? Sorry for being persistent but I really want this fixed so I dont have to play on 32 bit on a 64 bit system, it lags and freezes too darn much

MINECRAFT IS A BREEZE UNTIL YOU MAKE MR. CREEPER MAD!
Only additional clue I've come across is the notion that the LWJGL native loader always tries to load 64bit first, on any error it silently then falls back to 32bit. The implication is that if there is any issue with loading the 64bit version of the DLL, then we don't see the error message, and you'd end up with this one in the end.
Adding "-Dorg.lwjgl.util.Debug=true" to the java startup options might get additional error messages out.

Now we are getting somewhere. Not sure where, but somewhere. This hidden error is what eventually leads to the 32bit error later on and is what really needs to be fixed.
The googling that I did indicates that the problem can be caused by LWJGL when you have a bad path environment variable. Specifically if the java jre bin directory is not in the path, then the jawt.dll [AWT (window toolkit) library] doesn't get found and you end up with this failure to load, although with a very odd message.

Ok so is there a comment there about how to fix it? I would just play it in 32bit but it is so darn annoying ...the freezing and sputtering of movement I get LOL. If you can send me the google link to where you found it, I would look it up and see if there is a fix for it
Thanks for all your hard work (all of you)

MINECRAFT IS A BREEZE UNTIL YOU MAKE MR. CREEPER MAD!
Ok, I read about 90% of that thread and could not make heads or tails of it. I did chek though of which Java I had installed (in 64 bit versions) and I did indeed have the 64 bit JDK installed. Now it said in the thread about the person uninstalled the JDK and installed JRE and it worked so I will try that. My fingers are crossed.

ok didnt fix anything. They are talking about putting in a code before running the lwjgl.dll file but I have no clue of what they are talking about. Could you explain it to me in "general" terms please.
Thanks

Sorry, you've gone down some paths I hadn't even read.
The thing about adding code is not something you should worry about, that was for someone trying to use lwjgl in their own code.
The precipicegames link you posted appears to be just about forcing minecraft to use 64bit java, and that is not your problem.
That last thing you tried, I"m not even sure where you got that from...
First things. Did you look to see if you antivirus is detecting (and blocking) a false positive in the .minecraft/bin/natives/lwjgl64.dll ?
If nothing else you should be able to navigate to that folder, right click on the DLL and most AV software installs a choice there to scan the file on demand. If your AV does think it detects a problem, that is the cause of your issue.
Second would be trying to fix the path issue, and the reason I haven't posted general instructions is that I haven't yet found any!
Java Path guide: https://www.java.com/en/download/help/path.xml
I looked at a lot of YouTube vids this morning, and most of them are not quite right, but this one is pretty close.
He shows using the JDK, but for your purposes, I think you should use the JRE path, it's a small change from his procedure, just navigate to Program Files\Java\jre (6 or 7) \bin, and use that to cut and paste.
YouTube:
I have scanned the file with my AVG and shows no problems. I placed the code in the "Path" area of my "Advanced Settings", and still nothing has changed. I am not sure what is going on here but this thing just does not want to play in 64bit mode. I can play if I delete the Java 64, but it freezes and has that annoying "sputter" of movement that gets me killed every time. One second the creeper is far away - the computer screen freezes - and BOOM! I am dead. THis is getting rediculas!
Please, someone figure this out. THis game is too darn awesome to just give up. I even tried lowering my ram usage from 1024 to 512 and makes no difference. I even opened my Catalyst settings and unchecked the "triple buffering"
I am not sure how to from here .... so aggrevated!

.Any luck on the cure? I am not sure what to do now. I have done all of the ideas from previous posts and nothing is working yet. Is it that my computer just does not want to play Minecraft in 64 bit or is there something I am missing?

MINECRAFT IS A BREEZE UNTIL YOU MAKE MR. CREEPER MAD!
I'm out of ideas. For whatever reason, it fails to load the required 64bit library, and then it falls back to loading the 32bit library (which works but only in 32bit mode). Don't know why it can't load that 64bit library...

Adding "-Dorg.lwjgl.util.Debug=true" to the java startup options might get additional error messages out.
ok not sure how or where that would be added, could you decribe the process for me please. Thanks
Towards the bottom of the first half of the file it says
and two lines below that is a java command line.
Insert the text so that the line starts like . You are just adding stuff, don't delete anything.

What does this mean? I do not speak English. Help in Russian. thanks

Here's the search that this came from https://www.google.com/search?q=lwjgl dll load failed: %1 is not a valid win32 application
Oh, here's another post by "Saxster" that blames an antivirus false positive: http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-1804034.html
Thanks
and did what he instructed ..... loaded and then crashed, I then did a force update and it crashed again, here is the message I received:

YouTube:
Please, someone figure this out. THis game is too darn awesome to just give up. I even tried lowering my ram usage from 1024 to 512 and makes no difference. I even opened my Catalyst settings and unchecked the "triple buffering"
I am not sure how to from here .... so aggrevated!
