i always lag really bad when playing minecraft,when i first got this PC i was running it at 150fps and it just started dying down here are my specs(also what settings you think i could run minecraft at)

Also i do have optifine installed!:

Specs:
Windows 7 64bit
4gb of ram(3 allocated to minecraft)
AMD Phenom II X4 B50 3.20ghz

please help.
