Whenever I log into minecraft, i get a black screen, or occasionally a "Done Loading" screen that is frozen. now the real problem is that i have tried almost everything to fix it. i have tried Deleting the .minecraft folder, deleting the jar folder, deleting the meta-inf folder, force updating, no mods, no texture packs, disabling firewall and downloading, and its not a syncing problem. i am clueless so please help.
I am having the same problem as above.. the only success i have had is playing a demo version(ran fine).
first time doing this test hope its correct.. i will be forever grateful for any help you can provide.

You can try to disable the virusscanner in that case, it can interfere with updating the game.
If you try playing the demo, play it online once and it should also work from the launcher.
