I play Minecraft on my Toshiba Satellite, and I've found out that my processor is my bottleneck in my lagginess. Is it possible to upgrade my processor to make Minecraft run faster?

Processor: AMD C-50 Processor, 1000 Mhz, 2 Cores, 2 Logical Processors.

I also run with 3GB of RAM and my graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 6250 Graphics.

Is there any way I can upgrade my GPU/CPU or add more RAM to increase my FPS?

Generally speaking a laptop isn't upgradable when it comes to the CPU, normally only a laptop HDD or RAM can be changed/upgraded.

You could look at lowering your view distance to see if that helps, or install optifine
