Hey, I recently upgraded to 1.3.whatever-it-is from the old jalopy 1.1 or something. And now I have this problem with the blocks.

As you can see it's not pretty. It's also on the other blocks but it's a lot less evident.
SPECS:
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
RAM:4GB
Processor: Intel Core i3
Graphics Card: Nvidia Geforce GT 425M

NOTE: Yes, I have tried using Optifine, it didn't change anything (except for dat framerate). And I'm up to date with my graphics drivers.

Tried it to no avail, thanks for the suggestion though.

Perhaps reverting to an older display driver would help? And if you can't figure it out, just put the view distance down.
