Whenever I open Minecraft, I login but after loggin in, the screen turns black for a while then this message appears:




Bad video card drivers!

Have you tried updating your drivers?
Is your Minecraft modded?
Are you using any texture packs?

Minecraft thinks his minecraft is modded so there's a good chance it is.
As the Graphic card didn't load in it was unable to detect any texture pack which is also null erroring.

Download your graphic card drivers from either www.amd.com or www.nvidia.com

What? I just reformatted my laptop because of virus. It used to have Minecraft in there and it was working perfectly. Now I am confused. Sorry I do not know much about computer parts

Now how do these computer parts know what the output is? Software called drivers.
If you use the wrong drivers, the output will be incorrect, therefore causing errors and Minecraft to crash.
When you reformatted your laptop, it may have removed your drivers possibly.
So as Berwout said, Try updating your graphics card's drivers with the links posted up there. ^^^
