Minecraft Forums

I just recently got a new gaming computer and so far most of my games have worked incredibly... Except Minecraft. The weird part is it'll work fine in singleplayer, but when I try to join multiplayer servers (I tried a few different ones) the FPS will drop to the point that it's unplayable and the game will stop responding. Sometimes it'll run fine for a few seconds, other times up to around 10 minutes, but it always ends up crashing eventually. I've already tried reinstalling minecraft and turning down all the settings. Help?
