Minecraft Forums

I am running a Mac and I had previously cleared some space from my SSD; deleting minecraft.app, minecraft.zip, and the minecraft folder under "Application Support" with it. Now, I wish to again play Minecraft, but after I download and open the .zip file, I try to execute the .app file and an error message appears saying the file is damaged and should be moved to the trash. A new folder is also NOT created in "Application Support" Wondering how to get my beloved Minecraft working again, Please Help!
