My terrain keeps on blinking for any reason. My java is updated and the only mods I have is Optifine and Inventory Tweaks. It ussualy bugs near my farm and I know that the fertilized blocks are a bit smaller then the other blocks so, I'm wondering if it has something to do with that.
Just try adjusting your video settings until you see a reduction in this happening. Specifically, try changing the Chunk Loading setting, as well as the settings under performance. No guarantee this will work, but it has helped my friends clear up graphics issues in the past. Best of luck.
