What are all your computer specs? Provide more info.. Knowing your Java bit level is only going to help to a certain extent.
Are you old enough to know what PC specifications are?
If it's always been this way, try lowering the game's resolution and play on a smaller rendering distance. Your computer or graphics card probably can't handle it. Hope that helps.

my computer is to lame to tell me my graphics card
I'm willing to bet that it's your graphics card, then, or lack of one or the fact that Minecraft is using your integrated graphics card on the motherboard rather than your separate graphics card if you have a separate graphics card. Also, your RAM is okay, but not superb, so that in itself will affect the game, too.
If you don't have a separate graphics card or if you are having trouble with accessing your separate graphics card then you need to turn your game settings for Performance rather than appearance. Fast, Advanced OpenGL OFF, Render Distance Normal, 3D Ana-whatever it is OFF, Power Saver, Particles MINIMAL.
Also, if it's a laptop, keep it plugged in or change/check your Battery usage settings (because a lot of laptops will try to conserve resource usage if you're on Battery mode) and if you're in the habit of Hibernating, you need to do a clean reboot/restart.
Try these things out and update us on what happens.
