I start my game np, I open it to lan np. my friend cant use the cheat options in NEI. i tell him to change gamemode, no permission. i try and give him OP, command says Unknown command. Try /help for a list of commands. tried /tp no use. I found all the commands on the minecraft wiki and more than half arent even shown in my minecraft. help me plz the mods we have installed are - Forge, mystcraft, playerAPI, Smartmoving, Rei Minimap, Keep inventory On Death, FlatBedrockLayer, UseCount 2, NoteSelection GUI, EnchantMod, Optifine, CodeChickenCore, NEI, Frames, Buildcraft, Computercraft, Clay Soldiers, Forestry, Nuclear Controls, IC2. InvTweaks, MAtmos, Compact Solars, IronChests, More Pistons, Railcraft, SecretRooms, TreeCapitator, WeaponsMod, and the NEI plugin for Buildcraft, Forestry, IC2 and Railcraft. Tried googling and searching here no use plz help me out here!

If you dont want to install a mod, than I'd try using vanilla Jar files.
