So,one day I wanted to play minecraft, I started up the launcher (nothing seemed to be wrong.) i logged in,then,a black screen appeared for about half a second,then the window closes,it happens every time now and its really annoying. Plus,after it crashes,a text document appears on my desktop with the name of : hs_err_pid followed by a few numbers. A new one appears every time i try to login to minecraft and it crashes.inside the text file is this:

What that says is your video card driver is bugging out, did you update your driver recently? If not, get the most recent driver from the manufacturer of your video card.
I'd like you to try using MultiMC, I've seen this error a few times now, the default launcher is kicking people on opengl errors, and moving to a different launcher works.
There are some videos in the multimc thread that explain how to use it, and there is even a way to import your saves from your existing minecraft.

What that says is your video card driver is bugging out, did you update your driver recently? If not, get the most recent driver from the manufacturer of your video card.

Retired StaffI'd like you to try using MultiMC, I've seen this error a few times now, the default launcher is kicking people on opengl errors, and moving to a different launcher works.
There are some videos in the multimc thread that explain how to use it, and there is even a way to import your saves from your existing minecraft.
