For the last few weeks in rarely touching minecraft, whenever I did, I'd get an "Out of Memory!!" Error message and quit the game. Well, I detected that I was playing Minecraft SP on Java 32 bit, when I have a x64 OS. I tried downloading and installing x64 Java but it made no difference. I tried uninstalling the x86 version but when I opened Minecraft it gave me an error saying that it was missing some files prior to me uninstalling the x86 version of Java 7. I looked at a few youtube videos but none have helped.
So does anyone have a fix for this?

You could try using Java 6, but the Out of Memory! error could just be a bug. It can get annoying, but all you have to do is restart your launcher and it will work for awhile before you have to restart it again.

Sorry D:
I don't have a java 6 though. And isn't there anyway to fix this at all?

The Out of Memory Error isn't a game bug. It happens if you use 32 Bit Java on a 64 Bit OS, or if you play with many mods or Texture Packs they using too much Memory that's allocated. Delete every Java Version you've installed, and download the x64 Version.
Note: If you're using a 32 Bit Browser then install both Version x86 and x64!
Okay, but if I use Internet Explorer x64 do I only need the x64 bit java or still both? My main browser is google chrome which is 32 bit.

So even if I downloaded it off of Minecraft.net I can't get it to run x64 bit?

If you download Minecraft.exe of the minecraft site it will use 64 bit java by default even if you have both java versions installed, but it won't work if you haven't bought the game.
The server exe version I would think works the same way, if you are using the jar version of the server you need to make the batch file use the 64 bit java to launch the server.
I'm using craftbukkit.jar. And it's working fine in terms of using servers and all. I don't have money to spare to buy the game and neither does my mom really.
