My PC is having some weird fps problems, but he is recently formatted, cleaned, driver updated and all that "basic" stuff.
You could ask why I'm posting this here, here's why: While playing minecraft after this strange problem, i'm having about 50~60 fps in overall, rarely droping below it. But when it rain(and by my observations only when it rain or snow, already tested with a good number of people/mobs/water/lava and basically everything but rain or snow) the fps drops to 01 or even less
So... if the rain is gpu or cpu intensive I can figure out why my pc is behaving strange.

Thank you ! Right now i'm not caring about a temporary solution since i'm looking to substitute whatever isnt't working properly, as my rig could run the game with everything on max without any trouble before And after it become strange, the rain was the main factor that I noticed.
