Cant open minecraft it says that my video cards is not update... i did update it but still the same problem...

Try updating your video card drivers from the graphics card manufacturer instead of windows update
The drivers that windows installs by default don't include opengl support. You need the drivers from the manufacturer.

If you don't know how to do that, or still have issues please also post a dxdiag report:

To obtain the DxDiag file:

Press the Windows Key (the key with the Windows logo on your keyboard) + R (at the same time).
Type in DxDiag and press Enter or click OK. This will open the DirectX diagnostic tool.
Click on the Save All Information Button
Save this file to your Windows desktop and name it dxdiag.
Open that file and paste the contents back here
