I've only just hopped on the Minecraft bandwagon. Bought the client a couple of days ago off Mojang website, downloaded the Mac OS X package, aaaand it doesn't seem to work.
I get an error: "Minecraft" is damaged and can't be opened. You should move it to the Trash.
Tried downloading it several times and always the same result.
I get the following in the console: CoreServicesUIAgent[92486]: Error SecAssessmentCreate: The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -67061.)
I've tried browsing the package contents, and running the jar file directly works just fine. I'm able to launch minecraft and log in etc., it just seems to be the Mac OS launcher stub that is broken.
This is on Mountain Lion 10.8.1, with Apple provided Java.
I honestly have no idea, I've never heard of this before. Try using the magic launcher to launch minecraft. Hopefully someone else who has a Mac can answer this question, I don't have one....

Any suggestions to get this fixed?
