On Creative Mode. When I made an Iron Golem, it was headless and had black skin. I didn't expected a bug like that..

This also happened when I spawned a creeper. More than half of the creeper's body didn't appear, only the legs appeared.

I have no idea why this happened on my single player world.

Can anyone give some advice for this bug (although, it could not bug when I get on Minecraft).

This is a strangest bug I ever came across with.

Are you using a texture pack?

If not try forcing an update see that works because i've never had a bug like this.

Do you have optifine? Sometimes it screws with the textures and causes you to see this. My old netbook with optifine used to do this, however I have a new computer and don't need to use optifine, so it doesn't happen anymore.
