Okay my issue currently is in recent builds I've been having an issue with placing blocks (e.g using Right-Click).
I push my mouse's right click once and instead of a single block being placed I get two to three blocks.
I'm not sure what kind of troubleshooting I can do to solve my problem. I can tell you that the issue only occurs with Minecraft and not using my PC through normal uses.
Most likely the mouse button is broken a little, in Minecraft that will be very apparent, no matter how small since the time between placing blocks is very small. You might not be able to notice it in other tasks. Try using a different mouse if you have one and see if that helps. Even a cheap plastic chinese made mouse will do for testing
Seeing that I have two 460 GTX video cards, and a AMD Phenom II x4 3.5 processor I doubt it. While I do get lag everynow and then its nothing I wouldn't be able to notice when placing blocks.
I tried a plain old logitech mouse a few minutes ago and the issue wasn't there. Now I just need to test a friends mouse at some point.
Have you tried downloading the drivers from cyborg, instead of using the windows default drivers?
If it works normally with the standard logitech perhaps a driver update will fix the rat.

Full use of the mouse doesn't mean it's the latest and correct drivers. You're having a glitch that occurs with that mouse and not a different mouse.
Yeah updated the drivers, nothing changed still having the issue.
Updated the LWJGL nothing changed again.
The reason I was curious about this situation is I have another friend with the exact same mouse as me, and he's getting no issues. I'm guessing my next thing is to plug in his mouse to be sure. Even though I'm pretty sure its my mouse being wonky in which case I'm screwed if I can't replace it under warrenty.
