I keep getting this error happening, is there anything I can do to increase the alloted memory or something like that?
It doesn't really seem to have a pattern for when it happens, sometimes I can play for as long as I want with no issues, sometimes I can't even load a world without it happening :/
There are many tutorials on YouTube on "How to allocate more RAM for Minecraft" although I recommend you search "How to allocate more RAM for Java" as this will make Java as a whole run far faster. Try this tutorial: youtu.be/xg10nsUTXsE. Also you are going to want to know how much RAM you have so if you tell me what OS you are on and what version, I can send you another link for how to find out how much RAM total your computer has.

It depends on how much memory he have available for the computer ,
how much ram you have?

Check here start>right click my computer>properties
You should be fine with 3GB, XP doesn't take that much RAM unlike vista or 7 I wouldn't attempt to run a TP above 32x32 though. But ya Java has a ridiculous low ram cap by default for some reason. 512mb is a good medium amount.
