Minecraft wont open!

For some odd reason my minecraft wont open at all i did the following to try to help but it didnt!
-Redownloaded minecraft
-Deleted .mineraft

And i dont get any error message also!
someone please help!

Try uninstalling Java, and then re-installing it, be sure to use Internet Explorer to get to the site (I know it sucks, but the Java website can give you the best download if you use IE).

What happens when you start Minecraft, exactly?

Does it open with a black window, or does it not start at all?

Has Minecraft ever worked for you? If not, I suggest doing the same thing Chamers' suggested then let us know how it went :).
