i did format my computer and reinstalled minecraft and when i try to log in it says cant connect to minecraft.net
i tried to run as admin disable my Eset antivirus sync the windows clock it still gives me this
recently some people have had DNS issues resolving "session.minecraft.net" which is the login server.
If you ran MC from the command line you might see error messages in the console related to this.
A temp fix for this would be to change your dns server to google's for example (8.8.8.8)
sometimes I get that message, but after waiting awhile and then going back on it usually resolves itself. check your internet connection and your router that may be the problem.
