All you have to do is look up something called MCNostalgia on google and this will unpatch your minecraft to whatever version you want to use. It tells you more information on the fourm page
well, using MCnostalgia ofcourse
downgrading from 1.3.x to 1.2.5 or any other version you like if you need to link i can provide you with it
