OP, download speccy, find out your gpu model and get the drivers from nvidia/amd's website, depending on your gpu...

The best way to fix a video card is rip it out of your computer set your oven to 400 degrees then when it heats up cover ur gpu in Peanut butter and then put it in the oven for 30 minutes works everytime
