I have a problem with minecraft, i have searched all over the internet trying to resolve this, nothing has worked so far.
The problem i am having is that I can play minecraft for 5 minutes before it starts freezing (kinda extreme laging), then i have to restart the game and it will start over again. it's probably a java problem, but no java fixes have worked. I have been monitoring the Memory meter on the Win 7 sidebar while playing the game, when I start the game the RAM goes up to 60%, and slowly increases to 90 - 98% after 5 min. then it freezes.
There is a fix for people getting the error message (game has ran out of memory),
you just allocate more memory to Minecraft. But this doesent work for me. (and i dont get any messages at all)
A friend of mine had the same problem on his 64 bit PC, just downloaded the newest Java 64 bit verison, and "boom" fixed.
