I built my own gaming PC a couple of months ago and it works amazing... except for when I try to play minecraft. I load up the game and it plays perfectly for about 2 minutes, then it becomes extremely laggy and freezes moments later. This happens every single time I try to play. I have no lag/ freezing issues when I play any other game on maximum graphics (skyrim, guildwars 2, etc). I have tried adjusting the game settings of minecraft with absolutely no improvement. A few weeks ago I did detect a bad stick of ram and have since removed it (this did not fix the issue either). I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times and have updated all the software on my computer. Nothing seems to work. I would rather not return to playing minecraft on my mac book pro when I have this beast of a PC for gaming. Any tips/ solutions/ guidance would be most appreciated!
