As per topic. Seems that when I am moving around in the world, if I use *just* keys I can move along easily, non stop, no problem. As soom as I use my mouse to guide my direction, I take maybe 3 steps and stop - maybe 15 steps and stop - it isn't consistent, but it does seem to be consistently when I use my mouse at the same time as moving forward.
It's as annoying as hell =P
And sometimes it takes more than one "lift finger off the "W" key and putting it back on" to get the movement started again.
Wishing I could remember which version of minecraft this started happening with first, but I can check my ebay and see that last time I bought a wireless mouse/keyboard combo was in March this year, and it would have been around then that I started playing minecraft again after a biggish break - I bought the new keyboard and mouse cos I thought I had killed the "W" key cos of what was happening when I played Minecraft
Tried remapping the keys too, to make sure it wasn't just the "W" key, happened then as well
Anyone had a similar problem? Or know of anyone that has had, and maybe a fix for it?
Am using Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 3000 keyboard and mouse if that helps any! =)
Thanks in advance for any help!
*edits* Just thought to find out an old USB mouse, and as soon as I switch mice, I can move freely and steer with the mouse, so seems it's definitely something getting cross wired with the wireless keyboard & mouse!

My receiver is only about that far too. No idea what's causing it, but would love to find out, cos my old USB mouse is kinda clunky to move, and keeps double clicking when I place blocks =P
*edits* oops, there was other people post, they didn't show up (forgot to refresh the page)
Am glad it's not just me, I had googled to see if I could find anyone else suffering the same thing, but either there wasnt anyone, or I used the wrong key words =P
Would really love to find a fix if anyone knows of one, I like my new mouse LOL!
