I am having issues. I tried going to update my drivers but nothing needs to be updated. i just got a new computer. its an asus gaming pc from 3 years ago. any help or advice would be appreciated.

I keep getting the bad driver/video card error i have a radeon X300/X550/X1050 Series (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM) and ive updated my drivers to the latest versions also my java is updated, and heres the kicker i was able to play minecraft before i went Windows 7. thats the only thing i can think of that might have effected it. like i said i was able to play it before with ease when i was running Windows XP and even more so when i updated my RAM to 4GB then i went to Windows 7 and didnt bother installing it for a while then when i finally did i started getting the error -___-
I saw another person with the same error , you don't have the 3 cards you have one of the three , to check what one you have go here
right click on Your desktop->Select Properties->Select Settings from the Top Menu and Then you will find you currently "in use" display device in the "Display Drop down list in the center of the window. To apply extended desktop click on "Advanced" and then select your monitor. then you need to look for the updated driver for the one you have , that includes OpenGL in the driver support
and thats on windows 7? i right click on my desktop and i dont get an option to click properties, just gadgets and what not. and evertime i got to my diplay drivers it just sayd that name i put earlier with the 3 different numbers
