So I'm running a server, and my brother who is on the same LAN connection as me can't connect to my LAN address. However, I know that it isn't my server, because other friends of mine can connect using the internet IP of my router.
When running my server, I can connect to both 127.0.0.1 and my own LAN IP, so what's going on here?
You've been a little sketchy with the details.
But some wireless routers don't let wireless clients connect to anything other than the WAN port without reconfiguration.
