I'm looking for the toshiba ones. Found them. (But it looks like you have the latest ones from toshiba. Hope that the above ones from Intel work for you.)

If the drivers don't help. You can open the options.txt file in the .minecraft folder. And make sure that 'advancedOpengl:false' not true.
Finally updating lwjgl may help. Tutorial for that can be found on the wiki. Heed the advice about backing things up first, lwjgl seems to be finicky about which version(s) work on which systems.
Also, I just had the same exact problem with my laptop, its a Asus u30jc-a1 with a 310m graphics card. The game was literally crashing my computer, and giving me open gl errors and all this other bull. I figured out what the problem was. MAKE SURE you have every update with windows 7. For me, I had to update to service pack 1 for windows 7 home premium 64 bit. After I installed the update, all my problems went away. Well.... so far they have. So do that and see what happens.

Drivers are updated, and is the lwjgl part of mc or the computer itself? if it is part of mc does it matter whether or not i screw it up since i can just force update it. I dont even have the options.txt genereated cause it crashes but my friend gave it to me and i set it to false and it still didnt work. I also downloaded the toshba driver above and it extracted and ran. DO i have to do anything else to it?

If you have 5 possible downloads... download them all unless their optional, then you don't need them... UNLESS they are drivers... then you need them. LOL, but seriously, anything windows related download them... thats just a given...
And if it is not those, try using their tool to check your pc for the latest drivers. You'll need to install what ever plugin it wants, but hopefully that will sort you out.

After you run the tool. it will list all the possible components it found drivers for, either up to date or needing an update.
You'll get a list that is collapsed.
+Graphics
+chipset
etc.
Click the + next to graphics.
In the bottom of the section it will tell you if you have the most up to date drivers, otherwise off on the right side of that section there will be a download button. Finally, the name of your graphics card, is a link, that will take you to the page that you can download the drivers from manually.
There is a video on the page about how to use the tool, watch that if you have more problems with it.
Also, take a screen shot of the page once it's done, and you have expanded the graphics portion of it. You can post that screenshot here, and it will help me see what's going on for you.

Retired StaffFinally updating lwjgl may help. Tutorial for that can be found on the wiki. Heed the advice about backing things up first, lwjgl seems to be finicky about which version(s) work on which systems.
