Weird Graphical Error in Minecraft

Hi All,

I was recently playing minecraft and then it quit by itself. When i opened the game a couple hours later this is what happened:

3-D mode got turned on somehow.
You can turn it off in the graphical settings.

The option is called 3D Anaglyph
