Bought the game 6 hours ago, they charged my account and took the money. Everytime I try to log in to ect says I am not a premium member! Looked for support or contact options and this is the pnly place I could find.

The money was taken out yesterday and still not able to play still says user not premium! starting to regret even buying the game now!

I also had issues when i bought the game, in that everyone who bought during that time period simply did not count.

Mojang refunded us our money and gave us free gift codes (aka gave it for free), however sadly I had already bought the game again after I saw it was fixed ><...

Ended up giving code to a friend who never ended up staying

My patience is running thin at this point of time. I understand if my money was taking time to clear but this isnt the case ... I can find no sort of customer support for me to call and sort the issue.

Sorry but I dont think taking this long is fair, I paid for a product that I have not been able to enjoy or even know if anything is actually in the works ect.

If anyone knows where/ who I can actually message someone in some form over my account? I would be very thankfull because at the very least I need ot get my money back.
