Lately, I've been having major frame drops on my new laptop.
I'd usually stay on a stable 190 frames, but when I run around it drops more than 100 frames. http://imgur.com/a/NOFPu#0 Normally walking http://imgur.com/a/NOFPu#1 frame drop. (It's a major drop...)
This happens every 4 seconds when I walk.
Specs:
6GB RAM
900GB Hard-drive (Haha, sorry).
2gb NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M
Intel HD Graphics 4000
Intel Core i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz
If It's any help: http://imgur.com/a/njdSd#0 Without minecraft running. http://imgur.com/a/njdSd#1 During a frame drop.
(I had Minecraft minimized with the task manager up on the side) http://imgur.com/a/njdSd#2 Staring at the floor, for the least amount of lag.
It uses up more of my CPU doing nothing...
I don't know if it's because of my laptop heating up. But I haven't noticed any changes in the temperature.
