I'm in big minecraft trouble. A few weeks ago, I was able to play minecraft completely fine. Then last week, for some reason, I was unable to connect to servers. I could still play singleplayer fine, but when I tried connecting to a server, the minecraft site would freeze and I would have to force close the site. On help.mojang.com, it said that everything was still working fine. Now this week, after logging on and pressing play online (at minecraft.net), the place where it would launch had the same background as the rest of the page, an would not load. I've tried this on multiple internet browsers, and they all had the same problem. Help.mojang.com still says that everything is working perfectly. At the same time, the downloaded version of minecraft required that I download the Java Runtime Envionment 1.5.0. After downloading it and stuff, it still said that I need to get it downloaded. I have no idea what to do! I know this it probably a computer problem, but I haven't found anything else on my computer that is malfunctioning or not working. Please give me any advice that you can!
